Return Policy
Valyx Labs is owned and operated by Aspen Peak Solutions LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Colorado, with its registered business address at 439 Hickory Dr, Lyons, CO 80540, United States.
This Return Policy sets out the terms under which you may return products purchased from valyxlabs.com (the "Site"). By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms of this Return Policy.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. The delivery date is determined by the tracking information provided by the carrier.
Return requests received after the 30-day window has expired will not be accepted, and the customer will not be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
2. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request must be submitted within the 30-day return window.
- The item must be in its original condition and original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or order confirmation email) must be provided.
- The item must not fall into the list of non-returnable items set out in Section 6 below.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or to issue a partial refund if the returned item is not in the condition described above.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at inquiries@valyxlabs.com with the following information:
- Your full name
- Order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
- Photographs of the item (where applicable, e.g. for damaged or incorrect items)
Once your request is received, our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address. Please do not send items back without first receiving authorization from us, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.
4. Return Shipping
- For standard returns (change of mind, no longer needed, etc.), the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- For returns due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Valyx Labs will cover the cost of return shipping.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage. We are not responsible for return parcels that are lost or damaged in transit before they reach us.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the outcome of your return.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days of approval, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the return is the result of an error on our part (e.g. wrong, damaged, or defective item).
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.
- Gift cards.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Items that have been damaged after delivery as a result of misuse, mishandling, or failure to follow product instructions.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you have received an incorrect item, please contact us at inquiries@valyxlabs.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photographs of the item and its packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including any shipping costs) at no additional cost to you.
8. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch by contacting our customer support team. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must be processed under the terms of this Return Policy.
