Valyx Labs is owned and operated by Aspen Peak Solutions LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Colorado, with its registered business address at 439 Hickory Dr, Lyons, CO 80540, United States ("we," "us," "our," or "Valyx Labs").

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from the Site, you ("you," "your," or "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site.

To use the Site or purchase Products, you must:

We sell wellness and supplement products intended to support general well-being, including but not limited to sleep, mental focus, and related areas of wellness.

A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email or dispatch the Product, whichever occurs first.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated and are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping charges, which will be added at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to change prices, modify or discontinue Products, and run promotions at any time without prior notice.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of order using a valid payment method accepted on the Site.
  • By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at the incorrect price and refund any amounts charged.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE PRODUCTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or the Products shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith informal negotiation.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree that the dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Boulder County, Colorado, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

You agree that any dispute will be brought on an individual basis only, and not as a class, collective, or representative action.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms remain in full force and effect.

17. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Site with a revised "Effective Date." Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Return Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Valyx Labs regarding your use of the Site and the purchase of Products, and supersede any prior agreements.
