Shipping Policy

Valyx Labs is owned and operated by Aspen Peak Solutions LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Colorado, with its registered business address at 439 Hickory Dr, Lyons, CO 80540, United States.

This Shipping Policy explains how, when, and where we ship orders placed through valyxlabs.com (the "Site"). By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of order confirmation.
  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • During promotional periods, new product launches, or high-volume sales, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify customers of any significant delays by email.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses where supported by the carrier.

International shipping may be offered on a country-by-country basis. Where available, international shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery

Shipping options and estimated transit times are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order. Standard estimated transit times are:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days after dispatch.
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather, customs inspections, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
  • Promotional shipping offers (such as free shipping over a minimum order value) may be available from time to time and will be displayed on the Site.
  • For international orders, the customer is responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the order total at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch. If you have not received a tracking number within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at inquiries@valyxlabs.com.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address information.

If an order is returned to us due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping. If the customer chooses to cancel the order instead, a refund will be issued for the value of the Products only, excluding the original shipping cost.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

Lost Shipments. If your tracking information indicates that your order has not moved for an extended period or has been lost in transit, please contact us at inquiries@valyxlabs.com within 14 days of the last tracking update so we can open an investigation with the carrier.

Stolen Shipments. If tracking shows your order was delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors, building management, or other household members.
  2. Contact the carrier directly with the tracking number.
  3. If still unresolved, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Damaged Shipments. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return Policy.

8. Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for all Products pass to the customer upon delivery of the Products to the shipping carrier. Once a package has been dispatched, the carrier is responsible for safe delivery to the address provided.

9. Carriers

We work with reputable shipping carriers including, but not limited to, USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The specific carrier used for your order will depend on the destination, shipping method selected, and order contents.

10. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at inquiries@valyxlabs.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate the request, but once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be modified or cancelled and must be handled under our Return Policy.

11. International Customers — Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders:

  • The customer is the importer of record and is responsible for compliance with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
  • Any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
  • If a package is refused at customs or returned due to unpaid duties, the customer will be responsible for any associated costs, and any refund will be limited to the Product value, excluding shipping and customs-related charges.
